- Cancellation Policy - Changes to any appointments MUST BE MADE 72-48 hours prior to the appointment time. If canceling appointment “24 hours” prior to appointment date or “no showing” on appointment date, the card on file with be charged 100% of the service provided and or scheduled service to be provided. In order to secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required to be on file. I do understand that emergencies can happen, however this cancellation policy is non-negotiable. Please respect my time as I respect yours. - Deposits/No show fees. - Paying by card: For making an appointment there must be an update working credit card on file for cancellation/no show policy purposes. A 100% no show fee will be collected after 15 minutes of no call or no text for any appointment. If the card on file does not work, a cash deposit will be mandatory for future bookings. Paying by cash: If wanting NOT to put a card on file to make an appointment, A deposit will be taken by via Zelle, Venmo and or Cash app. This deposit will Secure your appointment and go towards your total at the end of your service. Extensions deposit: All extensions appointments will require a deposit for the hair and a deposit to hold your appointment spot. This deposit will go towards the total at the end of your appointment service. Deposits will be lost if no showing on appointment date or needing to reschedule appointment after 24 hr time frame. If you are not completely satisfied with your final look I will be more than happy to fix or adjust any problems that are needed within 2 weeks of original appointment date. All services have a set base starting price. The final price is determined on how much product is used in the end.
